Medeama goalkeeper Boris Mandjui out for remainder of season due to knee injury



Medeama goalkeeper Boris Junior Mandjui is reported to miss the rest of the season with a knee injury.

Mandjui was injured against the Dreams, and due to the severity of the injury, doctors advised him to undergo surgery.

The surgery at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi was successful but unfortunately, his season is over.

If true, it would be a huge blow for Medeama as the goalkeeper is absolutely top-notch and their best player in the first round.

Mandjui has played in 16 games, conceding six goals and keeping an impressive 10 clean sheets.

The Ivorian, 25 joined Medeama before the start of the season from Burkinabe club Salitas.
