KOD, Ebi Bright and Rex Omar Appointed as NDC Creative Arts Spokespersons

Three Ghanaian celebrities have been appointed by the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) to serve as spokespersons for the party in regards to creative arts issues.

The three are media personality Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD), actress and NDC Parliamentary Candidate for Tema Central Constituency, Ebi Bright, and veteran musician and Chairman of the Ghana Music Rights Organization (GHAMRO), Rex Omar.

The trio were given their appointments following the NDC’s recent manifesto launch.

According to reports, the three have bee given the mandate to communicate the party’s vision for the creative arts sector in engagements with the media.

In a similar move, the NPP named celebs such as Okyeame Kwame, Prince David Osei, and others, to their creative arts committee on drafting their campaign manifesto.
