John Dramani Mahama, a former president of Ghana, has asserted emphatically that Akufo Addo does not even come close to him in terms of building new infrastructure.
The three-time presidential candidate claims that Nana Addo has mostly neglected infrastructure improvement.
The “attack” on Nana Addo by John Dramani Mahama is a rebuttal to the charges of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) that he is not credible.
We are all aware of Nana Addo’s repeated assertions that Mr. Mahama lacks credibility and cannot be trusted to keep his commitments.
Speaking in an interview on Woezor TV, John Mahama said;
“Ghanaians know what my track record is and I am talking about economic infrastructure and if it comes to social infrastructure, my opponent comes nowhere near me in terms of my track record.”
“I built schools, I built hospitals, I repaired the roads, electricity, and water, and we expanded the Tema Port investment by over one billion dollars. We built the new Terminal three, University of Ghana Medical Centre, water supply to many communities, and extended electricity to so many communities across the country.”
If Akufo-Addo has any qualms about John Mahama, he could confront him by also displaying his infrastructure initiatives since gaining government.
